  27. Indeed!  I got my ZyXEL last Friday from B&W, and I've been a VERY
  28. happy camper.  It's worked flawlessly, and except for the super out of
  29. date manual that came with it, I've not much to complain about.  Craig
  30. was great.  I probably spent a half hour to 45 minutes on the phone
  31. with him grilling him about the modem, and various considerations I
  32. have to take into consideration with my particular phone setup.  Sure,
  33. I wish I could a have gotten it cheaper, but I think the extra expense
  34. was well worth both the software and knowing that theirs some pretty
  35. cool support guys at B&W.  Look for more cool stuff to come out of
  36. there.
