- I have a NeXT station and need to buy a laser printer for it. I
- spent all of last year saving wordperfect files on IBM disks, luggint
- lugging them to school and printing them out on IBM's connected to HP
- Laserjet IIIs. All in all, a pretty crappy way to get anything done,
- especially if you want to print out something froma program that isn't
- available on IBM.
- So, my question is, shoul I pony up the dough for a NeXT printer or
- can I hook up another (read: cheaper) laser printer to my NeXT. In case
- you are wondering, I do realize that the NeXT printer would be the easy,
- flawless solution, but I am wondering what the downside is of going third
- party. I am stand alone, and don't do huge volumes of work, and few
- graphics, so high PPM and 400dpi aren't a big concern for me.
- Suggestions?
