Or, if you're a cheap hacker, you might want to go with what I
found to be the rock bottom price for ZyXEL 1496-E's.  Sheri Hamel
at Boston Computers & Peripherals at 617-551-0166 sold me one which
I received the other day.  They got it in 1.5 weeks and shipped it
to me COD.  It seems to come with PC FAX software, but my PC's
monitor is fritzed out, so I can't check it out. (it's on 5.25", so
can't check it out in my CubeFloppy) Of course, you
will need NXFax from Craig Goss if you want Fax to work from your
NeXT. BTW, mine came in a white case. (horrors!)
