  17. As I believe I said in that post, I was not sure what combination of 3.0's  
  18. this is, it could also mean 3.0's shipped with new systems, floppy disk  
  19. versions of 3.0 or CD-ROM 3.0's.

  21. If you call Order Management about it (option 5 then option 2 on their  
  22. 1-800 number for 3.0 on CD-ROM), and they don't have your shipping  
  23. information handy, ask them to ask their supervisor about it.  For some  
  24. reason, the supervisors there have different (perhaps more up to date)  
  25. lists of names and addresses to ship to than what is on the lists that the  
  26. people who answer the phones have.
