- I have had a problem with my RolloerMouse from CH Products since it
- was new. It would occasionally stick and could only be freed by
- moving the cursor in other directions very rapidly. This was very
- annoying when it would stick just as I was reaching the location I
- wanted. I called CH Products and explained my problem to one of the
- engineers. He was very sympathetic and interested in solving the
- problem. His best guess is that it was the bearings on the rollers. I
- sent my RollerMouse to him to verify the problem and locate the
- cause. He seemed very concerned at maintaining a quality product. I
- was definitely impressed by his concern to rapidly find and solve the
- problem. If there is interest, I'll update the net when I hear the
- results of his investigation.
