  13. I have had a problem with my RolloerMouse from CH Products since it  
  14. was new. It would occasionally stick and could only be freed by  
  15. moving the cursor in other directions very rapidly. This was very  
  16. annoying when it would stick just as I was reaching the location I  
  17. wanted. I called CH Products and explained my problem to one of the  
  18. engineers. He was very sympathetic and interested in solving the  
  19. problem. His best guess is that it was the bearings on the rollers. I  
  20. sent my RollerMouse to him to verify the problem and locate the  
  21. cause. He seemed very concerned at maintaining a quality product. I  
  22. was definitely impressed by his concern to rapidly find and solve the  
  23. problem. If there is interest, I'll update the net when I hear the  
  24. results of his investigation.
