  15. I just saw a previous article confirming that the Sun CD-ROM works on a NeXT.
  16. Has anyone tried a NeXT CD-ROM on a Sun?  I first changed the SCSI number from
  17. the factory setting of 4 to 6.  That got the Sun to recognize the CD-ROM drive
  18. at reboot time.  Then I tried to mount the CD-ROM with the following command:

  20. mount -r /dev/sr0 /cdrom

  22. This caused repeated overflow messages, and the drive never mounted.  Is there
  23. a mount option such as rsize that I need to use because of different buffer
  24. sizes? Thanks for the help.
