- Prices are changing - the difference in price isn't big any longer, at least
- not here.
- We get a Quadra for about the same price as a '486, the price issue is
- marginal.

- The point is:
- Most people who have bought a PC-type machine last year will have to
- at least upgrade (if not buy a new machine altogether) to run NT.
- Those who have a Mac don't have to buy a new machine to use System 7.
- (or system 8 when that arrives).
- This has to be added to the equation.

- System 7 gives most people what they need. I don't know exactly what NT
- will offer, but I have a feeling that the things that NT has and Sys7 doesn't
- (if any - OK, multitasking) most people will not need.
