- One thing our little friend here forgets to mention is that DOS stinks,
- looks ugly, does not multitask and that it belongs to the 80s. Until the
- PowerPC comes along, there is nothing in the world that will make me
- touch those ugly big fat ...things..., unless I need Quicken. Ah!
-
- I own a MacII, an Amiga w. 68040, and a poor little Atari ST. It's
- not that I need 3 machines to do the job that you can do with just
- one (I could see that one coming from prretty far), but that each
- computer indeed has its fortes and the IBM none (save for Quicken).
-
- If you look at the number of articles in PC mags addressing the issue
- of system configuration, optimization and debugging, one can only
- think that DOS users either limit themselves to those programs (read
- "not small" - the major applications, that is) that will work on their
- machines or that they spend their time configuring the bloody things.

- PS: that's INTELLIGENCE, not intelegence. dummy...
