  12. I have posted the same question to this group about two months ago.

  14. Other than no toll-free calls, they have been one of the few to fax back
  15. info that I requested and the price was good for what I wanted: a 100meg
  16. HD that was portable. I got the one pictured in MacWorld and so far it is
  17. a charm. The pieces that come with it are reduced in price so the price you
  18. see is the price you pay. I have had no reason to call tech support so I can't
  19. help you there.
