- $I don't mean to respond to this posting... but this is very ridiculus.
-
- then why did you?
-
- $What do you mean you cant do anything on a 16Mhz computer these days?
- $What have you been running? MS-Window 3.0?
-
- No, until this last week I had been running Amiga Workbench. All
- 7.16Mhz of it. I don't know what fantasy world you livin in, but 7
- Mhz, and even 14Mhz is dog slow. I forget how fast the clock speed is
- on a Mac IIci is, and that's a 68030, and it can be slow at times.
-
- $Besides, most Atari ST people are using an 8Mhz machine, so 16Mhz shouldn't
- $be that bad. Furthermore, if Atari is really gonna sell this machine
- $for $799, 16Mhz still sounds a very good deal.
-
- With no hard drive. I don't EVEN think so. This ain't 1988.
