  28. Here's the story.... the IIFX has the funky problem of being
  29. equipped with a slightly different SCSI connector than other 
  30. Macs. The real problem that comes up is not in the wiring- it
  31. is in the way it is terminated.

  33. I thought the FX used to come with a special FX terminator.
  34. If yours didn't, you will have to talk to an Apple dealer,
  35. and make sure that the end of your SCSI chain is terminated
  36. with the FX terminator.

  38. With any luck, this should bring your Mac to a happy little
  39. recognition of the SCSI chain.
