  11.     Well I ahve been overwhelmed by the response for 
  12. a vi list. Orginally I was just going to tout what it could 
  13. do, but most people seem to want to know how more than what.
  14. The best thing to do is to get the VI Reference card, you 
  15. could buy a book, but then who read the whole thing (which
  16. is what you would have to do) and most vi books are for novices
  17. (ie very boring). O'Riely and Assoc. prints an outstanding book
  18. on vi, but I have never read it. and there is always "man vi"
  19. Teh Cucumber Book Shop carries it (they are located in Rockville
  20. MD, but they do mail order). I think they even have and 800 
  21. number, Ahh hah! they do. 1-800-223-UNIX.

  24.     I am compiling a list, but I don't know how long it
  25. will take me to mail it to all the people who responded. Is there
  26. a vi newsgroup??? Does any one know how to start one? Seems the
  27. way to go. I could definately start it and keep it full of
  28. neat tips. (I think)
