  16. I've been subscribed to this list for a while, hoping a FAQ
  17. would show up that describes all the models of Macs (and their
  18. limitations etc, e.g. OS support.)  Does anyone have such a 
  19. list or can recommend an up-to-date book that has this info?

  21. My son took my last PC to college and I'm in the market for a 
  22. used Mac for minor WP, remote machine access, etc.  There's lots
  23. of Macs in the classifieds, but I'm not sure what I'm looking 
  24. for.  btw, I do have a copy of MacEnvy to supposedly check out a 
  25. potential machine.
