- Hi. A few years ago, I saw a small Macintosh program that could convert
- a MacPaint picture into plain ASCII text file. Say, if I input a MacPaint
- file consisting of a flower, the output of that program looks something
- like this:
-
- .-~~-.--.
- : )
- .~ ~ -.\ /.- ~~ .
- > `. .' <
- ( .- -. )
- `- -.-~ `- -' ~-.- -'
- ( : ) _ _ .-:
- ~--. : .--~ .-~ .-~ }
- ~-.-^-.-~ \_ .~ .-~ .~
- \ \' \ '_ _ -~
- `.`. //
- . - ~ ~-.__`.`-.//
- .-~ . - ~ }~ ~ ~-.~-.
- .' .-~ .-~ :/~-.~-./:
- /_~_ _ . - ~ ~-.~-._
- ~-.<

- I think I saw this little public domain program in the M.I.T. Microcomputer
- Center (in the basement of MIT student center). The program should be
- registered with Boston Computer Scoiety. But I do not remember the name
- of this program.
-
- So would anyone kindly tell me what's the name of this program, where may
- I download it and where may I look for more info. about it? Thanks a lot!
