- I read an article asking for a diag. program to check the setup of a new PC
- to make sure it is as per. the vendors specs. A program called MSD comes
- with Windows 3.1 that gives info on ports (com and lpt), irq's, installed
- device drivers, and other important stuff. It can be found on the 'windows'
- directory of anyone who has win 3.1(not 3.0, I think). Most people don't
- know it is there. It has been a great help to me when making IO hardware
- setup changes. And it is cheep(free) if you already have windows 3.1- and
- if you dont, you should.
