- Technically, the "controller" is on the drive. (IDE = Integrated Drive
- Electronics). The "paddleboards" that go in your machine's slot is so
- generic and stupid (real guts are on the drive) that this is probably a
- safe area to go with lowest price. Such a board ought to cost not more
- that $39; $59 if it has a floppy controller and/or I/O ports on it too.
