- I bought their 486dx/33 about 4 months ago along with Microsoft Office.
- I was pleased with sales - everything was configured and delivered
- correctly. I ordered the tape drive, 15" monitor, switched 3.5" diskette to
- the A: drive and deleted the keyboard. All was done correctly including
- getting the software on 3.5" disks. They did forget to send the keys ( are
- those normally taped to the keyboard by chance) but tech support took care
- of that when I got through to them. I have had no problems with the
- computer so cannot comment on tech support otherwise.
- The 15" monitor is not as bright or sharp as the NEC 4FG that I use at
- work, but it has a lot less glare. I think the glare on the NEC would drive
- me crazy at home. Put me down as a happy customer -- so far at least.
