- I got my 486/33 system a year ago, I have called tech support, several
- times, and it took some time (1 day, 2days, 20 Min, 4 min, 1 MIn. 3 days)
- to get through. but I got answers and solved my problem. The biggest
- problem was getting the 1st Telepath modem to work it never did.

- In this day of every decreasing margins for hardware vendors, the Tech
- Support is sometimes reduced. So far I have not seen this at Gateway
- Though it would be nice to send E-Mail to them and get a scheduled
- call back time back to allow better scheduling of my time and theirs.

- IMHO Gateway is one of the better vendors and give excellent value.
