- Yes they have grown too fast, no they cannot keep up their management. The problem
- seems to be that they don't want to use any of their profits on hiring enough
- employees to answer the phone/email. Either that or everyone in South Dakota is already
- working for them.

- I received a bad mother board from them with a 486DX2/50 and it took two days of
- threatening phone calls to get someone to talk to me in tech. support and then
- another week to get the part shipped "overnight".

- The support people are nice enough when you finally get through, but the getting through
- part is unacceptably slow for a company in their position.
