- Hello everyone,
-
- I'd like to ask the net a few questions on hardware that displays video
- on your computer screen. Especially, what exactly does the 'screen machine'
- do? What's the difference between the regular screen machine and 'screen
- machine light' that's being advertised?
-
- Am I right that the screen machine digitises a video signal and displays it
- on VGA in real time under Windows using a software that comes with it, and
- that the s.m. light can only handle still frames for saving them in a file?
-
- I'm also interested on a device that outputs VGA to video. I heard a thing
- called 'video enhancer' does that?
-
- And does anyone know what the so called 'video blaster' is?
-
- I'd prefer infos on the PAL world, but other experience is also appreciated,
- since I assume most of that hardware is available for both systems.
-
-
- Thank you in advance,
-
- wolfi
