  11. I recently acquired a junk Standard '286 and got it working more or less,
  12. except that when it boots up it comes up with a configuration error and
  13. tells me to run the setup program.  THis machine obviously was designed
  14. before they put that kind of stuff in a ROM, and the machine did not come
  15. with much in the way of software.  So anyway does anyone know if Standard
  16. is still in business and I could order the disk from them, or does anyone
  17. have this software and would be willing to make a copy for me (of course
  18. in that hazy legal ground of copyrights but having no other way to get
  19. the program legally... but hell I own the hardware so I'd hardly be ripping
  20. anyone off).  The machine has Phoenix ROMS: if I could get ahold
  21. of a setup program written for ANY '286 clone with Phoenix ROMS would that
  22. work?
