  12. I have an OLD Commodore 64 monitor which has RCA input jacks for
  13. video and audio.  On the front it is plain video/audio while on the
  14. back the video is split into chroma and something else.  Is there
  15. a way to use this monitor on an IBM XT or newer?  Any suggestions
  16. on the video card?
