  12.     Can somebody illuminate me as to the differences between a VGA and
  13. SVGA display?? All I currently know is that they both scan at 31.5kHz. Is
  14. there any difference in the number of colours displayable, or other factors
  15. I should be aware of before purchasing a monitor??
