  13. I have a 386sx with 4 megs of memory nad a trident video card.  Windows
  14. 3.1 runs real slow on my computer, and I am thinking of buying a speedier
  15. video card for windows.

  17. What I want to know is how much of a performance boost can I expect from
  18. an S3, Speedstar 24X, or ATI Ultra card?

  20. According to PC Mag, some of these video cards actually run slower under
  21. DOS.  Can someone verify this for me?

  23. What are your experiences?  Is the speedup worth the price?
