- I'm not sure if I have "the same" motherboard as what you have but my
- manual indicates that to me to upgrade from a 64K cache, I only need to
- replace the eight(8) 8Kx8 sram with eight(8) 32Kx8 ones. The three tag
- ram chips for all configuration (32 to 256K) for my motherboard are all
- 16K*4 so no need to change those. Also, for a 386/40, my manual being
- for a 33/40 chip, recommends that I use 20ns sram chips for cache and
- 15ns for tag. Hope this helps.
