  23. I'm not sure if I have "the same" motherboard as what you have but my
  24. manual indicates that to me to upgrade from a 64K cache, I only need to
  25. replace the eight(8) 8Kx8 sram with eight(8) 32Kx8 ones.  The three tag
  26. ram chips for all configuration (32 to 256K) for my motherboard are all
  27. 16K*4 so no need to change those.  Also, for a 386/40, my manual being
  28. for a 33/40 chip, recommends that I use 20ns sram chips for cache and
  29. 15ns for tag.  Hope this helps.
