  17. My no-name monitor and 512k Tseng Labs MegaVGA card are fine at
  18. with Windows at 800x600x256 and 1024x768x16.  However in the
  19. standard 640x480x16 VGA mode, for Windows or MS Word 5.0 for Dos,
  20. the picture wobbles.
