  15. My question may sound very ignorant, but could anyone tell me what is local 
  16. bus, or refer me to a technical reference?  Is it an alternative to EISA, 
  17. or just an interface for hard disk and monitor, or internal bus?  Does 
  18. it pose any compatibility problem?
