- Iam interested in the opinions of folks more knowledgeable than I about
- what user-level programs should be able to knock out the OS. I have an
- application that runs user-level threads (which may/may not be solid),
- and I can consistantly kill the OS with the application. I am about to
- get the core (/tmp/savecore) to see if I can get any more info, but I
- really dont know if the OS is supposed to be fully protected from all
- user-level programs or not.
