  11.   We had a problem that a backup of a 420MB disk would not fit on a 1.3GB
  12. tape! It turned out that we had a file which had a length of many MB's
  13. but was only using a few blocks. The backup was backing up all the
  14. zero's in the middle of the file that were not actually on the disk.
