  25. I wish I could say that that will make it better...I have seen this at
  26. various times since 6.5(on a 300) and on 8.05 AND 8.07 (S700)  I have a 720
  27. with 64MB, standalone and have seen it.  My suspect some type of memory
  28. leak...as I use Framemaker 3.0 and it has a known leak, and it is possible
  29. that some other X program does as well, or the X server....I have only
  30. seen it once and cleaning up things and rebooting seemed to make it go
  31. away....it is weird, in that the machine is not bothered by it...(doesn't
  32. get slower) and you can put a 'load' on it with not much effect...(e.g. 1.5, 
  33. 2.0)

  35. I also noticed that when this happened, monitor was reporting a lot of memory
  36. usage (I use VUE, sharedX, Frame and keep quite a few windows and remote
  37. connections...)...then after the reboot and restarting just about everything
  38. that was running before, there is less memory usage....
