  21. sorry you machine you bought doesn't work, but it's not covered
  22. under the warranty, or the extended service plan you bought" (it
  23. never is!) What a load of HOOEY!  Do any Americans still tar and
  24. feather when they are ANNOYED!!! (that's not the word, but it'll
