  12.  We have compiled Spice3e2 on our HP 9000 Series 400 workstations. Spice
  13.  compiles with no errors and runs fine when not used with X windows. When
  14.  used with X windows, two carriage returns are needed before Spice
  15.  starts processing a command. Has anyone experienced this problem?
  16.  The HP workstations are runing HPUX 8.0 and X11R4.
