  13.      Well, if it came to a choice between the SCSI 2 port, and the floppy
  14. port, I think most would agree that the SCSI 2 port was the way to go.  We
  15. are after all talking about a machine with not a tremendous amount of room
  16. back there.
  17.      The SCSI 2 port should more than make up for any 'tears' shed by not
  18. having a external floppy port.  So many folks are getting upset about
  19. having a port that is becoming less and less a standard (the 720K Atari
  20. floppy) when what thay are getting is a port than can handle a new 1.44, 2.88,
  21. floptical, and hard drives to boot.  And all STANDARDLY available!  I think
  22. its really a small price to pay.   (I highly expect Dave Small  will have
  23. a fix to get a GCR working with the Falcons).
