- ARRGGH! Soap Box Attack. From what I've read the Falcon can also do a
- true color mode & can overscan to use a 20 or 30% better rez. Just what
- do you think the higher rez's of Super VGA get you? It's really not the
- way to get a realistic picture. For instance, broadcast tv is only something
- like 525X525 interlaced (it may be lower, but I know it's not more!). It's
- academic for anything other then looking at nudie GIF(s) anyway since most
- software houses only support the 256 color VGA mode anyway. I'm pretty sure
- I won't get a Falcon, ST is fine for most stuff, but it should compete
- on equal ground with any 386SX & would probably give some straight 386
- a run for their money. Certainly for some applications a 16 mHz 68030
- should be as fast as a 25 mHz 386SX.
