  16. Unfortunately not EVERYONE has access to EVERYTHING available on these  
  17. here computers! And as for BART.....I gave up in the end! I had just too  
  18. much trouble trying to get a reply from him/her/it and then when I did I  
  19. would get the same message sent at least 3 times! Believe me I had the  
  20. docs memorised in the end but it didn't help, so please don't tell me I  
  21. did something wrong because I didn't *8-)
