- Depends on what you're doing. If you're doing DTP, 1 point = 1/72 ".
- That matches up nicely with bitmap fonts, whose sizes are set in some
- integer number of points. At 144 dpi, you can simply pick a
- double-size font...but you already knew that.

- Last time I checked (and this was a LONG time ago), you can't get
- 60/120/etc dpi vertically out of Epsons anyway...as I recall, you can
- set vertical line spacing at n/216" (72*3=216). You're stuck with a
- non-square dot matrix.
