  13. The connections to the monitor at the back of the Apollo were pushed in the wrong way.

  15. The person in question insisted that the colours suddenly changed while using the machine.
  16. This should obviously have been interpreted as he suddenly noticed that the colours had changed!
  17. Perhaps I should ignore what I'm told happpened/what the problem is/.....
