- I think I can articulate my frustration now. I powered up to a 3000 because
- I had heard words like "32 data bus to chip ram", "32 bit Zorro III bus",
- etc. I guess I hoped that CBM engineering was anticipating some sort of future
- chip enhancements and were trying to build in some sort of compatibility.
- However, I do understand that not all thing can be forseen and that there are
- more important issues than maintaining downward compatibility forever. Let's
- hope for an upgrade deal or clever third party solutions.

- On the other hand, WOWWWW! It really boosts my faith and confidence that
- the Amiga is far from being a "dead" machine. It sounds like CBM has
- definitely changed tack and is pushing ahead. Man, is my brother going
- to drool when I show him the specs on the A4000.
