- I've owned an a500 since '87, and it's been marred by a quite irritating
- hardware "failure" since I bought it. The keyboard sometimes locks up and
- refuses any input from the user (i.e no characters appear on screen). The
- caps lock key, flashes once a second while this is going on, and according
- to the Amiga Hardware Manual this means some RAM failure. This bug usually
- disappears after having the machine turned off a while. But, the worst of
- all is that the reset function is disabled, so I can't reset my machine
- at all. Is this as the Hardware Manual states, only a RAM failure, and in
- that case, how much repair is needed...is it worth the time and money?
