- I whole heartly agree. When I first bought my DeskJet the first
- cartridge lasted about a package and a half of copier paper, the second
- cartridge only lasted for the second half of the second package. I went
- to the local store where I had bought the cartridge and complained and
- was greeted with a "sorry about that" attitude and they refused to do
- anything about it. I then called HP and told them what happened. HP took
- my name and number and the dealers info. About two hours later I got
- a call from the local dealer saying I should come down and get my
- replacement cartdrige. The real great part was two days later I received
- a UPS package from HP with 5 cartridges at no charge. Hp wants their
- customers happy. Now if we could only get C= to see the light.......
