  23. The ROMS you put in you AMAX have to be of the '040 variety, older MAC roms
  24. just won't work.

  26. At the time the MAC emulation seemed important to me so I opted for the
  27. 50 Mhz '030. I think the '030 board is MUCH less reliable and would pursue
  28. getting more current ROMS if you need the MAC support, and want the '040.

  30. BTW I have the older AMAX thing-a-ma-jig that plugs into the floppy disk
  31. port and a MAC drive, wana buy it?
