  24.    What sort of results did you get with the other settings? I thought
  25.    densities 4 onwards were the same (300 dpi) - do they in fact give
  26.    different results? Most images I try and print come out too dark -

  34. The density settings over 4 control depletion and shingling (what ever that is)
  35. with the recommended 6 seeming to work best. I tried some others and if I
  36. remember they caused the output to be grainer. I also had dark images until
  37. I raised the threshold above the recommended 10. Turning off the recommened
  38. color correction only made slight changes in the hues. Try the different
  39. settings, your results may be different.
