- This could happen if your machine had page-mode memory in it but somehow was
- convinced it has static-column memory. The only obvious way this can happen
- is if you mix memory types (the software only checks the first bank for the
- type of memory) or if you use something like SetRAMSEY to force static-column
- mode to be set (in which case, you get what you deserve).

- When the 68030 burst mode is off, no burst requests are made. Burst requests
- are really prefetches into the '030's cache, so when caches are off, the
- setting of the burst enables is unimportant. Your machine is dying when you
- enable burst requests. It sounds to me like you have somehow told RAMSEY
- that you're using static-column memory, but you actually have page-mode in
- one or more banks.
