  14.     Perhaps you have a hardware or phone problem.  I have been using the
  15. Supra here for about 3 weeks and have no problems connecting to a variety
  16. of systems, fax and data.  I routinely use 2400, 9600 V.32, and 14.4K V.32bis
  17. and have had good results.  Sometimes I only get 12.2K in V.32bis mode to
  18. school, but this is still better than the 9,600 I used to get.  I think this
  19. may be a line quality problem.
