  27. Best prices, probably.  Good support, NO!  Great reputation for customer
  28. satisfaction, NO!  Quality parts, NO!

  30. I bought the 1 MEG Agnus/Diagnostics disk/chip puller from the GrapeVine Group. 
  31. The instructions looked like they were Xeroxed from somebody's SAMS manual. 
  32. The chip puller that I received sucks.  The disk was corrupt, and the chip did
  33. NOT work.  I sent the disk and chip back to them, and my new disk didn't even
  34. have a label on it.  They just copied the disk to some blank floppy that they
  35. had lying around, but this one DOES work.  The new chip does NOT, however!  The
  36. customer support people are rude.

  38. I'd rather pay a little bit more for a product, and get something decent.

  40. The GrapeVine Group will cut corners wherever possible to save a buck!  Go
  41. somewhere else, pay a few more dollars for the product, and leave the worries
  42. to the unsuspecting people who patronize the GVG.

  44. I've read much more negative things about this company, than I've read positive
  45. comments.  So I'm not an isolated case.
