- Best prices, probably. Good support, NO! Great reputation for customer
- satisfaction, NO! Quality parts, NO!
-
- I bought the 1 MEG Agnus/Diagnostics disk/chip puller from the GrapeVine Group.
- The instructions looked like they were Xeroxed from somebody's SAMS manual.
- The chip puller that I received sucks. The disk was corrupt, and the chip did
- NOT work. I sent the disk and chip back to them, and my new disk didn't even
- have a label on it. They just copied the disk to some blank floppy that they
- had lying around, but this one DOES work. The new chip does NOT, however! The
- customer support people are rude.
-
- I'd rather pay a little bit more for a product, and get something decent.
-
- The GrapeVine Group will cut corners wherever possible to save a buck! Go
- somewhere else, pay a few more dollars for the product, and leave the worries
- to the unsuspecting people who patronize the GVG.
-
- I've read much more negative things about this company, than I've read positive
- comments. So I'm not an isolated case.
