  16. It is italian (actually latin ;-) and it can be translated in "do it again"
  17. and some other set of wrds, basicalli means that something has been done
  18. again.  In the case of the V42Bis (as well as the V22Bis) it is wrongly
  19. used, since the same thing as the predecessor did not happen.
