  14. Since installing RISC OS 3.10 I am having problems with downloads from
  15. bulletin boards to my A440/1.  I am using ArcTerm 7 and a v32+v42bis
  16. modem.  The download gets to around 30k and then I start getting errors.
  17. The download completes *eventually* but takes a long long time.  I have
  18. tried loading (separately) SerialUtils and a module called SerialBuffer
  19. (by David Pilling?).  The latter appears to have made a slight
  20. improvement.  Any suggestions?
