  19. Hum. I would normally agree. However their waiting list for RISC OS 3.10
  20. is over 850 people long, and they haven't shipped a single upgrade (now
  21. of course the upgrades have all been recalled from them, so customers will
  22. have an even longer wait!).

  24. Archive published details of the upgrades before the actual launch took
  25. place, and thus secured a large proportion of the orders for upgrades.
