- HELP, HELP, HELP,
-
- I have a problem with a virus in my arc. I was away for my summer
- holidays and when I came back I received a disk from a friend with some
- programs on it. When I tried to use a program it gave me a window saying:
-
- Your disc has benn virus infected. This virus is not harmful for
- now, since it has been immaculated. Be careful in the future when
- copying software.
- Generation : 33
- Press any key to continue
-
- I can then proceed with my programs but it has spread in my hard
- disc and it is quite annoying to have to press space every time I execute
- something.
-
- Since I have been away for that long can anybody tell me how can I
- kill this virus? I need an answer urgently because I 'm using my computer
- for work.
-
- I think it resides on disc space since I could not locate it on
- files.
-
- Can somebody send me or write to me where I can find a virus killer,
- please?
-
- I know nearly nothing about viruses since I had never had such
- problems.
-
-
-
- Thanx, Jim
