  31. NCSA Telnet supports both; you have to explicitly give a few IP addresses
  32. unless you are using RARP.

  37. Yes, DNS is everywhere accessible, but things like DNS servers, gateways
  38. and the PC's own IP address are in the config file for NCSA or hosts
  39. file for PC-NFS. I know that the NCSA Telnet DNS client works well.
  40. I think that for a standard University network, you can assume that
  41. DNS service is present.
